These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the services offered thereon (the “Services”). Orders & Payment

Pricing & Availability

• Prices & Taxes: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders above 3000 Rs will be qualified for free shipping otherwise flat 200 Rs will be shipping cost for all orders.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accurate product information and availability, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

• Couriers: We use reputable couriers of Pakistan for timely delivery.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political situations.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned or canceled orders (unless the error is on our part).

Returns & Exchanges

• Return/Exchange Policy: We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Return Conditions: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Products with broken tag seals will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a reliable courier service with tracking.

• Liability: We are not liable for lost or damaged goods during return transit.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a 7 business days via bank deposit.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For alternate styles, consider returning for store credit and placing a new order.

Warranties & Liability

• Product Quality: We strive to provide high-quality products. However, we make no express or implied warranties regarding product suitability or durability.

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
