Refund and Exchange Policy
At PlusClothing.pk, we value our customers and ensure their concerns are addressed with utmost integrity. Every inquiry, suggestion, or complaint is carefully reviewed by our management to provide the best possible resolution.
Exchange & Return Process
- Customers can log their return/exchange request via WhatsApp at +92-327-3960124 or email us at plusclothingpakistan@gmail.com
- Our team will respond to queries within 3 working days on the provided contact details.
- All products can be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of purchase or delivery.
- Customers must provide the original invoice for any return or exchange request.
- All returns must be sent to the following address:
PlusClothing.pk, Mehar Street, Garden Town, Shahab Pura, Sialkot, Pakistan.
Refund Process
- The refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
- For payments made via debit or credit card, a 2.5% F.E.D charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
An order will not be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The product is washed, torn, burnt, or stained.
- The price tag or barcode is missing or removed.
- The product was altered as per customer specifications before dispatch.
Shipping Policy
- The shipping cost for return/exchange parcels must be covered by the customer.
- All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order within the same business day.
- PlusClothing.pk reserves the right to decline any return/exchange request at its discretion.
- We value our employees and store staff. Any abusive behavior towards our team may result in refusal of service or sales.
