• Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000 . For orders below that, a flat rate of PKR 200 applies across Pakistan.
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For remote areas, it may take up to 10 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as it’s a preferred payment method for many customers. You can also pay online via debit/credit cards, bank transfer, or mobile payment options like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can opt for a return or exchange after delivery. Reach out to us at plusclothingpakistan@gmail.com or call our helpline as soon as possible.

We strive to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Our plus-size designs are true to the images, and we provide detailed descriptions to help you make an informed choice.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your PlusClothing.pk account to check the status under “My Orders.”
